The Red Cross club has organized its General Assembly on Wednesday March 24, 2021 at Amphitheater 100 during which a seminar and the handover between the incoming and outgoing bureau were carried out
The panel, made up of Dr. BWEMBA Charles (Deputy Director - NASPW), YECKE Flora (Engineer - Civil Engineering), Daniel BELLA (Architecture), MBALLA Jean Bernard (Head of Youth Service at the Red Cross), NTIE Michelle (Member of the Red Cross), MEDJOUDEM KENMOE Arianne Glenda (incoming President of the Red Cross club), and the audience debated on the theme "Engineering, Architecture and First Aid" with a view to highlighting the importance of first aid in accident in any environment, especially on a construction site.
Recommendations
- Provide first aid training;
- After the first aid training, several mistakes are avoided on a construction site;
- - An engineer or architect can provide first aid in the event of an accident on a site;
- The safety aspect must be combined with the health sector;
- Prevention and awareness must be done on a site;
- First aid training is also essential in a family.
The General Assembly was closed by the handover between the outgoing bureau, represented by its President TOUKO HAMANI Lyse Gabrielle who presented a summary of the activities carried out during the fiscal year 2019 - 2020. The incoming President MEDJOUDEM KENMOE Arianne Glenda presented the members of her bureau and the action plan to be carried out during the academic year 2020 - 2021.
