As a prelude to the IWD 2020, the Association of Girls of the National Advanced School of Public Works of Yaounde has organized a conference on the theme "Women: Polyvance and entrepreneurship at the amphitheater 100 of the NASPW on Wednesday March 04.
A conference in which the Women of the NASPW, the Director Pr. NKENG George ELAMBO, the Head of the Financial Affairs Department Mr. POUTOUONCHI ABDOU Karim, the Accounting Agent Mr. ESSENGUE, and the Financial Controller Mr. FORSUH Christopher NCHOTU also took part
Several obstacles in entrepreneurship have been identified:
- An unreliable human resource
- The appearance
- The mental load
- Quick money earning
- Misuse of social networks
- Indecent proposals
The recommendations :
- Avoid yielding to pressure
- Surround yourself with understanding people
- Dare
- Know how to share things
- Make good use of social networks and exercise caution
- Create relevant and informative concepts
