The Minister of Higher Education and the Minister of Public Works inform the public that they are organizing a 1st year entrance examination for the academic year 2017/2018, in the cycle of Senior Technicians of the National Advanced School of Public Works, annex of Buea. The number of places is distributed as follows:
Civil Engineering (60 places), Rural Engineering (50 places), Topography (50 places) of Town Planning (50 places)
This entrance examination is open only to holders (or subject to obtaining) one of the following degrees:
Bachelor's degree C, D, E, F; G.C.E (AL's) in Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry obtained in one session; City and Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate, the Professional Certificate or any other accepted certificate in equivalence by the Ministry of Higher Education.
The contest will take place in August 12, 2017 as from 7:00 am.
APPLICATION RECORDS
Application forms must be submitted no later than July 30, 2017:
- either at the NASPW of Yaounde or at the Buea Annex,
- either at the Garoua or Akonolinga Public Works Trade Center,
- either in the Regional Delegations of Public Works.
They will include:
- an application form to be withdrawn from one of the examination centers (1) and specifying the requested cycle and option,
NB: The candidate will choose only one option.
- a certified copy of a birth certificate that is less than three months old;
- a criminal record (B3) less than three months old;
- a certified copy of the diploma corresponding to the cycle requested, or a certificate of success;
- a medical certificate attesting that the candidate is fit for the professions of Public Works;
- a receipt of payment to the account of the ENSTP-Yaoundé n ° 13368063000-93 domiciled in the BICEC, agency of the Park in Yaounde , of an amount of FCFA 25 000 representing the costs of the entrance examination and bearing the name of the candidate. Candidates residing in a city other than Yaounde will deposit the contest fees at the BICEC of the city concerned.
NB: No payment in cash will be made in the different examination centers
- a letter of sponsorship for the financing (3) of studies whose model is to be withdrawn at the examination center;
- a 4 × 4 photo to be stapled on the application form;
- an authorization to compete (for public officials) issued by the user Ministry.

SCHOOL FEES, 2017/2018
Tuition fees are:
- 185,000 CFA Francs for Cameroonians and
- 435,000 CFA Francs for foreigners.
