Friday, July 05, 2019, the President of the Girls Association of the National Advanced School of Public Works (NASPW) YOZY KEPDIP Mélissa Fabiola and her members organized a conference at the amphitheater 100 of the NASPW on the theme "The Engineer and Architect woman in her matrimonial home and in her job ". The staff members and the students, mostly young ladies, massively took part.
Goals
- Provide the young lady with advices on the management of her job and her marital life;
- To highlight the outlets of the various disciplines of the NASPW: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, Topography and Surveying.
Recommendations
- Have very good academic grades while assimilating perfectly the notions;
- Get trained;
- Work tirelessly;
- Be the best in the field of Public Works Building (PWB);
- The older ones should identify the field in which they would like to continue later, and the youngest ones should get into research;
- Be charismatic, honest, humble, disciplined, persevering and patient;
- Take care of her family;
- Avoid taking into account her gender in her job;
- Write public service entrance exams.
