On the occasion of World Water Day on March 22, 2021 on the theme "The place of water in our societies and how to protect it", the Environmental Engineering club has organized a conference on Thursday, March 25 at the amphitheater 100

 

For nearly two hours, the panel will focus on several points:

  •   Awareness of the importance of protecting water;
  •   Notification of the universality of the right to drinking water for all;
  •   The water resource and the various contaminations to which it is subjected;
  •   The water resources purification processes required in Cameroon;
  •   Sustainable management of water;
  •   The different stakeholders in water protection.

Some recommendations

To alleviate the water problems in the world, especially in Cameroon, the experts will propose the following solutions:

  •   Water being life, it must be clean and of good quality;
  •   To ensure this quality, the water resource must be protected by establishing and installing protection perimeters.
