The Action plan of the Association of Students of the National Advanced School of Public Works (ASNASPW)
The ASNASPW generally plans the following activities:

  •  Orientation days for levels 1 and 2;
  •  Competition for innovative projects, as well as participation in national and international fairs and competitions;
  •  Initiate the creation of an incubator for startups and feasible projects;
  •  Restoration of the engineering week / open days;
  •  Refresher courses;
  •  Seminars and conferences in collaboration with school staff and other great schools of the country;
  •  Supporting students in the delivery of report cards;
  •  Support for students in the search for internships;
  •  Software training;
  •  Revitalize the clubs;
  •  Practical projects for students to improve their professional capacities;
  •  Company visits / study trips.

 


The Action plan of the Association of Girls of the National Advanced School of Public Works

  •  Software training
  •   Visit of the worksite
  •   Girls' project
  •   Uplifting conferences on women and the engineering profession
  •   Conferences and awareness on breast cancer, cervix, rape and violence against women
  •   Table setting workshops, decoration and use of table utensils
  •   Visit to an orphanage
  •   Girls' mini tournaments, interschool matches
  •   Sports dances and fitness club
  •   The cultural day

 


The action plan of the Civil Engineering Club of the National Advanced School of Public Works

  •   Promote excellence in a spirit of solidarity to allow the future engineer to be competitive both nationally and internationally;
  •   Encourage more students to be more eager in their studies;
  •   Strengthen the cohesion between Civil Engineering students;
  •   Carry out several activities with the other clubs;
  •   Promote the Civil Engineering sector more within the NASPW;
  •   Organize conferences, round table discussions etc.

 


The action plan of the Town Planning club of the National Advanced School of Public Works
The Town Planning club generally plans the following activities:

  •   Reinforcement of the capacities of the members where the engineers of the first and second promotion will come back to share with their academic cadets the different professional concepts that they have acquired since their exit;
  •   Training in various Town Planning software;
  •   Educational outing;
  •   Participation in the Director's Cup;
  •   Writing and release of the first magazine of the Town planner Engineer club.

 


The action plan of the Topography and Surveying club of the National Advanced School of Public Works
In general, the Topography and Surveying club plans the following activities:

  •   Conferences
  •   Talk
  •   Practical and theoretical workshops
  •   Software training
  •   Python programming
  •   Site visit
  •   Acquisition - Motivation - Transmission
  •   Establishment of a known points network for the NASPW
  •   Sports activity: participation in the Director's Cup

 


The action plan of the Architectural club of the National Advanced School of Public Works

  •   Social plan
    •   Facilitate the integration of new Architecture students into the NASPW through round tables discussions and reflections on the different problems of students in general and those in Architecture in particular;
    •   Facilitate exchanges between all Architecture students within the club;
    •   Create in all students a motivation for self-training and self-entrepreneurship.
  •   Cultural and sporting plan
    •   Promotion of sporting excellence by organizing sports mornings and competitions;
    •   Encourage potential athletes likely to represent the NASPW at different competitions.
  •   Academic plan
    •   Organization of professional training and software;
    •   Competitions in project designs and art drawing;
    •   Site visits and study trips to the great architectural monuments of Cameroon;
    •   Development of science in the architectural field by setting up platforms.
  •   Technical plan
    •   Development of a technical room where all activities such as making models and assemblies can be carried out;
    •   Organization of symposia, conferences and various activities;
    •   Creation of a platform with participation in architectural competitions;
    •   Become a benchmark showcase in Architecture with exhibition platforms.
