It is ensured by the organization of seminars in Yaounde in the main school, as well as in AKONOLINGA and GAROUA in the Public Works Trade Centers (PWTCs) located in these towns.

Training actions are aimed at the improvement of executives in the sector of PWB. Trainees come mainly from the Ministry of Public Works or SMSEs and BET involved in the Road Maintenance.
The main themes of the seminars organized aim to update the knowledge of the former NASPW’s graduate students, on one hand against the technical and technological changes, on the other hand against the privatization of the majority of the tasks which were assigned to them in the past. We can mention among others modules such as:
- Consideration of the environment in projects
- The practice of work contracts in companies
- The work supervisors
- The site managers
